Our Mission

To decrease the number of homeless animals that are euthanized, therefore increasing the percentage of animals lives "saved" in our City Shelter.

To improve the living conditions and health of the homeless cats and dogs in our City Shelter that are awaiting new homes.

To create a positive community atmosphere for Maumelle citizens and their pets.

We appreciate any donation you are able to give, whether it is monetary or items that we need on an ongoing basis.

Please consider making a financial donation today securely through PayPal.

All the medical care our animals receive is paid for by donations. Every MFOA animal is spayed or neutered and is up-to-date on rabies and other vaccinations. Cats are tested for FIP/FIV. MFOA animals are also wormed and treated for external parasites. They are tested for heartworms and treated if necessary.
